What makes Brooklyn Treat Shoppe customer service different?
We understand that with every cheesecake, cookie or work of CakeArt you purchase from us, you are supporting our dream and we are greatful for it.
From stoop sales to bike trails, Brooklyn is a community of friendliness and good nature. Even the "tough guys" are full of love and respect.
There is a bit of class and a whole'lotta pride in every Brooklynite's soul - a down-to-earth group of people who share the cynicism of a New Yorker and the goodness of...well...Brooklyn.
This awesomeness inspires our unique sense of customer service. Each of our customers becomes a friend; a part of our family.

Do you take special requests?
Most definitely! If you can dream it, we can bake it.
Even if you think your idea is impossible, mention it and let us be the judge. Chances are, we can make if happen annd you will be pleasantly surprised.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Every order is baked fresh so, please give us as much time as possible to process your order.
Orders placed within 3 days of the delivery date are subject to a 25% rush fee.
Do you make wedding cakes and favors?
Yes and yes! We love working with brides! (and grooms)
We understand this is a special day that requires a personal touch. We make sure every detail is taken into consideration for your cake, favors and even dessert tables!
Are your products gluten free?
If you choose to have a gluten free diet, we totally understand and have been changing some of our menu items to suite your needs.
However, please keep in mind that our products, both gluten free and gluten-filled, are all made in the same kitchen.
Good news is, our products are baked to order, so we may be able to accomodate your needs depending on the severity of your gluten intolerance. Feel free to reach out to us for more details!
What if I have a nut allergy?
All of our products are made in a facility where nuts are processed. However, bear in mind, every item on our menu is baked to order so, we ask you to use your discression.
Only you know your allergy so, talk to us! If your allergy is severe, we suggest you do not eat our products.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
Yes we do.

What is ganache?
Our ganache is a rich chocolate frosting or filling made up of just 2 ingredients - bittersweet chocolate and cream. The lack of additional sugars makes our ganache very rich and decadent. Yum!
